TradeExzort is a free trading journal application that allows users to:

• Track and record trading activities
• Analyze trading performance through charts and metrics
• Store trade screenshots and notes locally on their device
• Manage multiple trading accounts
• Export and backup trading data

The service is provided free of charge and stores all trading data locally in your browser.

User Responsibilities

As a user of TradeExzort, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Regularly backup your data using our export features
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

Data Storage and Responsibility

• Browser data clearing or cache deletion
• Device failure or loss
• Browser updates or changes
• Switching devices or browsers
• Any other circumstances beyond our control

Always export and backup your trading data regularly. We strongly recommend exporting your data at least weekly.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any trading losses incurred based on data or analytics from the service

• Unauthorized access to your account or data

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TradeExzort, including but not limited to:

• Software code and design
• User interface and graphics
• Logos and trademarks
• Text, images, and other materials

are owned by TradeExzort and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your trading data belongs to you and remains your property.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Modify or discontinue the service without notice

You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. Upon account deletion, your locally stored data will remain on your device until you clear your browser data.

Changes to Terms
